Phantom Foam is an item you spray on blocks to make them something you can pass through. When vertical it is a one way block that can only be passed through from beneath. is only visible when one is directly underneath. It is useful when building castles and dungeons.

You will find the phantom foam is the wizard' workbench, just press the craft sigh and go to the FOAMS sections and once you enter scroll down and you will find your phantom foam is that simple.
